miRNAnet is an international multidisciplinary network for the development mi-RNA- based therapeutic and diagnostic strategies targeting epilepsy and neuroblastoma.
With the final aim of dissecting the interplay between synthetic molecules and ncRNAs, the network will:
- Focus on the use of miRNA synthetic analogues for the treatment of neuroblastoma and epilepsy.
- Promote the sharing of expertise, data, resources (e.g. biological samples, in vivo models, technologies, research facilities)
- Facilitate focused cross-disciplinary and intersectorial interaction, regular feed-back and follow-up that will accelerate the advances in miRNA research.
- Promote research staff exchanges and offer to the partners the opportunity to access specialised technologies and research facilities
